¬ Fair Invoice

Any of our projects is billed on a Fixed-Price basis that avoids any invoice overrun.
Our billing system is simple and transparent. You pay an initial deposit on signing the contract covering the first orders for goods, and will then be billed monthly according
to the actual progress of work. This way, you can control your budget monthly
and never pay for work that’s not done.
Upon your request, we can also arrange various payment options with your bank.

¬ Security

We pay special attention to the security of your property throughout the duration
of our work, managing your keys and ensuring the systematic closure of doors,
windows and shutters. Upon request, we can also set-up video surveillance.

¬ Cleaning

We perform a daily cleaning of our sites as well as storage of any equipment
and materials on site to avoid the deterioration of the facilities and to facilitate the smooth conduct of our work.
Qualified professionals will perform a complete cleaning of the facilities
at the end of each project.
